de_tallon ramblings part 3!

Just a couple of minor clipping issues and a couple of bugs that need squashing. This map has made incredible progress over a short time period and I really think this map is reaching it's potential!

Sorry, one thing that we found during a very short play test was this self-boost that is very OP for CTs as they can shut down an entire T rush and also are practically invisible

took a look at the map changes, and i'm very pleased. The map in my opinion is very close to true matchmaking competitve. I will say, I haven't tested this with friends, so timings are not something I have tested, but here is another rambling rant(this time with a lot more praise!)
