hey do you remember "marking enemies and killing them quickly in order and not be able to kill ones if there is an object between you and the enemy" from splinter cell ? that can be a great mod though

plus i think you shoud add "you can kill enemies to regenerate the slow mo bar faster" mechanic into it like in F.E.A.R

version 1.2 adds the ability to retroactively add the bullet time mutator to existing playthroughs - can be disabled in the options menu
