Hopefully it won't have too many instances of superb Stormworks physics while flying, the wings can be a little temperamental especially on lower physics settings

I've had a couple of requests from some of my followers via discord to include this DC-3 in a future update of the Improved Civillan Traffic addon for Stormworks, I'm not sure if any of them spoken to you about it yet but I thought I'd get in touch anyway to see if this is something you'd be okay with, as I prefer to get people's permission first.

was there any crosswind while you were taking off or flying? I'm looking at it now and the engines use the intake thats sensitive to airspeed

Why do the engines suddenly fail at seemingly random times and become impossible to restart? I've had engines suddenly fail on takeoff multiple times now, and on trips to the arctic I've had complete dual engine failure with plenty of fuel in the tanks despite changing nothing about the configuration. I'm at a loss

hold space and tap 2, it will toggle the park brake and activate the indicator over the copilot's head

the gear sinking is inevitable, but the wings should be completely rigid now... are you playing with full physics ?

still needs some corrections, taking off is still difficult due to the wings flapping and the balls sinking into the ground, wouldn't it be better to make the wings stiff like most of them do?

Everything's fine, but why do the wheels collapse when you start to sleep?

pressure relief valves in all tanks and replacing valves with pumps to convince the fuel to actually go to the engines, the exhaust was also choking the engine with too many catalytics and had to add a second radiator to keep the engine cool

im tinkering with it now the updates messed up the piping for the engines and probably had something to do with the wings too

the one thing I haven't tried is to make the wings connected to hardpoints connected to pivots but that might just make it worse...

they're kinda just that way when the wings are connected in the way they are. Something about it makes the physics think the wings shouldn't turn past a certain direction so they twist you around until you fall out of the sky

Your DC-3 had inspired me to make my own DC-3, mine isnt 1:1 and fully realistic but i think it went quite well, thank you very much ;)

@Kernle Frizzle on my DC-3 the Wings are on Hinges and that works just perfect, however the control surfaces are on pivots and i might switch that to pivots as they have the Problem ov wobbling or getting jammed...

Maybe a way to prevent the wings from wobbling is to use small winches with ropes attached to rope anchors hidden in the wings, might keep them under tension like WWI bi-planes the game does simulate it to some extent.

yeah the wings are on pivots... no way that I know of to prevent the wobbles sadly

I would like to see a Cargo Variant or the Ability to copy paste Seats out and using the Main Cabin for Cago aswell so you can add/remove seat depending on how much Passengers/Cargo you have

You 100% sure you did all the steps? Fuel cutoffs and the mixture at full?
