Is there a issue with it at the moment because it keeps perma looping between the first 2 nods on a map

Nope, no scaling here! I'm not sure what affects the scaling in Peregrinaje (party members?), best to check with Isaakk about that. If there's still unexpected interaction with Completionist that's easy to reproduce, I may be able to take a quick look.

I checked it with Peregrinaje and the scaling is different when using Completionist. When we enter the second world with just Peregrinaje, the sclaing is at around 1.5. Wtih Completionist it is at around 2.1 or 2.3. That is why I assumed that somehow both mods have scaling values

There's no scaling in this mod -- could it be that some other mod is causing the enemies to scale, perhaps Peregrinaje?

Do enemies scale in all modes or just in cyoe?

Hi folks - it wasn't quite as simple as not touching the traversed nodes, but I changed how deeply I touched the traversed nodes. Peregrinaje and Completionist should play nicely, now.

I second Maltar, I would also like for this to be compatible with Peregrinaje by changes how the "nodes traversed" works. Please! This would make for a super fun mix in Chaos Wastes.

Seems there is now a new incompatability with Peregrinaje: Misfortunes, as that mod now has a difficulty system that scales with revealed nodes.
The mod author of Peregrinaje said the following to response when I mistakenly believed it was in issue with Peregrinaje.

@Maltar, removing that system would mean that you are not playing Peregrinaje anymore, that system use the traversed nodes number from the game to know how many nodes you did traversed, for some reason Completionist do increase that number to the maximum allowed by the map thus the scaling system gets increased by a lot, the only way to fix it is to talk with to Completionist mod author and tell him to not touch the traversed nodes at all because for the purpose of Completionist is not actually needed and it should only increase when you actually traversed the specified node.

Is there a way to turn off the scaling? Also it somehow says I already traversed 16 nodes when starting the very first level

This mod causes abnormal health scaling for monsters. As an example,chaos warrior monsters will have very high health of 4000 at apocalypse difficulty, which is likely more than intended and can be considered abnormal.

In other words. makes chaos wastes longer. (like Monopoly/Snakes and ladders RL, backtrack)

Alright thanks for the answer to my suggestion, I'm glad you considered it. The only thing I'd like to add to be more specific though is that of course instead of replacing your already existing modes, maybe you could add a new one for what I've suggested, i.e. a victory lap with the arena at the end.
Why is that so important to me ? Well because I'm looking for a mode with an automatically set expedition, like completionist, for convenience and practicality. But the problem with completionist is that most of the time it makes you travel for example 4 maps in a row, and then 2 shrines in a row, which isn't ideal. A good mix-up of maps and shrine is preferable, which is exactly what victory lap does ; I just don't like the arena being in the middle. So I could indeed manually do what I'm looking for with cyoe, but as said it isn't really convenient, hence my request.
But regardless, thank you for your consideration and this awesome mod.

I'm glad you're enjoying it, Behrzerker! I'm probably not going to change cyoe mode to keep you from repeating a map - sometimes that's the fun part. I'll think about a way to indicate if it's already been completed, though, that's a good idea.

I see your point about saving the arena for the end, too, but then it's not a "victory" lap, it's just "completionist" in a different order :) As a probably not-very-satisfying answer for you, I'll just point out that you can use /cyoe to do a normal run up to the arena, then go fill in the gaps, then go back to the arena. You may need to use Notepad to keep track of your expedition's progress, but that'd also solve your first request!

Don't hold your breath for an update with these features (since you can do what you want with the existing mechanisms), but I'll keep your requests in mind if I ever revisit this mod. Thanks for the suggestions!

Also it would be nice if victory lap would make you backtrack from the level right before the arena and not the arena itself, that way you could actually end your expedition with it. Because right now it feels weird to have it in the middle of the expedition.

I have a request for you, could you make impossible to repeat a map in cyoe mode ? Because I don't want to, and it's hard to keep track of which ones I've already done since their isn't any visual clue to tell it.

"/completionist" removes all options and forces you to visit every map, "in order." "/cyoe" lets you select any map at any time. Jump forwards, jump backwards, repeat a map, straight to the citadel, up to you!

If you want more boons, which is fun, peregrenaje/incursion or whatever offers the ability to pick 2 boons from trial chests. I also wonder if you can change the number of chests/boon stations that appear on a map.
