Works fine for over a thousand users so far. Most of the skins are for the 63 inch flat top while some are ultra cab. You have to select the right cab for the paint job.

this skin mod isnt working no skin from it shows up

hello, the version you shared doesn't work for me either, I use 2 previous versions together and everything is fine except for one thing. when I use the tridem version of the truck, the lifting axle is now in the rear and not the one in front, and I have the same problem with a trailer mod, the lifting axles have changed position. for now I always drive with the lifting axle down while waiting for an update.

I did all of the stuff below and confirmed my old version was gone then unsubscribed, resubscribed and went back in to the game and I get a green light on the mo in mod manager and the truck shows up in the game.

Okay. I'll go in to my 270880 folder and copy my current Viper. Put it in a safe place then sell my trucks. Unsubscribe and check that the old truck got removed from the 270880 folder then resubscribe and see what happens.

So i made sure all versions of the truck were sold in game, unsubbed then exited the game, steam, everything. Came back and resubbed (with your link that takes me to my original Viper2 truck) and it still says my version is incompatible. Favorite truck too. Nice skins though (which is what started this whole discussion)

Without writing the 1.43 into the mod's manifest, it won't work. And then I probably have the wrong cabin, let's test it. Thx. ;)

The truck mod I am using comes right from the Steam Workshop. I didn't have to tweak the version. Are you selecting the right cab options? The skins only work on 3 cabs, the day cab, 63 inch flat top and the big ultra cab.

I was able to get the truck mod to work for 1.43, after a tip in the SCS forum. However, the skins are not displayed for me to choose from.

Works just fine for me in 1.43
