The default config should be enough.
I didn't check how 3rd party professions are loaded into the game.
Depending how they are integrated, could be a way to programatically include them in the mod.
And sure be welcome to modify, incorporate, fork and use anyway you want!
Would it be possible somehow to create started kit where items are already in a bag?
Would that be possible with the "Starterkit"?
