You'll get an error when using the 1.5 Search and Destroy version as its a different package ID as its a different mod but it should still work fine

I use this with the 1.5 version of Search and Destroy. It gives an error about missing dependency, but it works, because I'm using the unofficial update, not the required version listed here.

I tried slotting it into the Evolution modlist without the prereq it and it made most of my pawns invisible, but I'm sure I messed up the load order or something.

@Reel most likely, testing it for myself now but Owlchemist tends to utilize as much original classifications as possible when retooling and updating mods (as do a lot of people) to maintain compatibility with alterations like this

Yeah looking for a 1.5 of this, doing an insectoids 2 run and at this point the numbers on both sides of raids are unmanageable without some kind of automatic attack feature

Why is draftable animals not a requirement?

Easy, you can have multiple ways to draft animals, off the top of my head Vanilla expanded genetics. If you have it's additional more lab stuff you can create a device to implant into exsisting animals for draftablility. If you wanted to only use said mods instead of draftable animals than the requirement could be a BIG negative. Pull up mod, see dependency close page. All the while not knowing that it's not really a requirement.(I assume... I just use draftable animals)

Love the mod, Makes hunting dogs perfect! How do you order your pack of dogs to take down an animal? Draft and attack! oops near by animals are now in a revenge state! Enable search and destroy while ordering a few of the animals to attack nearby hostiles to lock them down.(and bonded animal to stand clear unless needed) Than sit back and enjoy the mayhem... and the extra dog meat for dinner

@Mooloh, it says in the description that you need 'Draftable Animals' and 'Search and Destroy' mods. "Have Search And Destroy? Have Draftable Animals?" so yes Draftable Animals is required for this mod to work. I should be listed under the Required Items same as Search and Destroy. But only Gareth can edit that.

Hoping this gets updated to 1.4 at some point. Makes taming battle animals actually work it.

Question: Does this require the Draftable Animals mod as well? When I have Draftable Animals installed, then a 'search and destroy' gizmo shows up when drafting an animal, but without draftable animals installed, I couldn't figure out how to get that gizmo to show up. I didn't notice any difference in animal behavior when animals were following a searching-and-destroying humanoid colonists, so I'm not sure if I was missing something about how to properly use this mod.
