It will not work with Ceiling Mounted Sprinkler, but both MOD's would have to be compatible and able to be installed at the same time.
You can try to make a modification for Ceiling Mounted Sprinkler yourself.
I only had to slightly modify two files for the Vanilla Sprinkler, this should be possible for Ceiling Mounted Sprinkler as well.

Aes, the amount of water is meant, but the original script specifies a fire rate with zero damage.
So you could turn the sprinkler into a weapon if you wanted to.

You mean the water rate of sprinkler because fire will burn plants yes.
