The author doesn't look like they'll be able to come back to fix it anytime soon as they've been without a device for quite some time now.
this one left the majority of PLL balance untouched, aside from what is mentioned.
1. Go to "\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2698785800\mods\PLLoot_Patch\media\lua\shared\NPCs"
2. Open "PLL_ExtraBodyLocations.lua" with any text editor
3. Remove everything from after "end," so starting from "group:setExclusive" and up to, but not including "--group:setHideModel"
4. Save it

i'm not sure i understand. did something happen? does this still work? i haven't been on PZ since 41.64
basically this is a patch for Paw Low's Loot (in required items).
so for this to work (if it still does) all that's required is you match each Paw Low's Loot option you want to use, with the corresponding patch option.
so if you want to use Paw Low's Loot (normal) but not PLLGuns or PLLFantasy, you'd activate
PLLoot and PLLoot_Patch
It essentially means if you're running Paw Low Loot, you'd have:
PLLoot
PLLootF
PLLootG
in the mod list. To make the patch work, you'd just make sure to match the above IDs with the patch IDs. So if you only wanted to run PLLoot, and not the fantasy or gun (notated with F and G respectively) mods, you'd have it like
PLLoot
PLLoot_Patch
if you wanted fantasy and guns as well, you'd have it like
PLLoot
PLLootF
PLLootG
PLLoot_Patch
PLLootF_Patch
PLLootG_Patch
Does that make sense? I'm not sure if that's the explanation you were asking or looking for

Is it this?
@Shurenai
They mean the rebalances the other mod mad, not the original
