You can use the workaround mentioned in the description to get the reefer sound loop going. There is also a modding guide to add full support for mod trailers if you have access to the files.
Can you please make this available to work with Jon Ruda's and B4RT trailers. Thanks
4. Select a different voice navigation option OR uncheck the voice navigation.
As long as the instructions are followed to the letter and that there are no other conflicting mods used, the mod will work.
Do note for the owned trailer workaround, your truck has to be moving for the reefer sound to kick in
You can also check this video here that someone made. At the start of the video, there are solutions in getting the mod to work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fthBRXuolXE
The crash to desktop is not due to the reefer sound mod. The last error shows something to do with a vegetation model.
You can fix the reefer sound errors by enabling the Sound Fixes Pack, as I see it's not loaded in your profile. It's listed as a required mod for the functionality to work: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=830663438
"Ensure 'Noise of the flowing air' is activated in the Audio settings and that there are no conflicting wind sound mods"
Try putting Sound Fixes Pack at the very top priority for a start and repeat the steps in the description. It should be working then.
Clicking the Preview button won't give a sound but is important for activating it for owned reefer trailers. I'll add a note to the description to avoid confusion, thanks Uncle_D
