is there anyway for me to do this so the deposit is beneath the static oil platform base and has unlimited fuel?

mrcatman, you need to use a lot of pumps to extract the fluid. the depth causes issues

u could try placing a vehicle block in a static enclosure under the bottom of the sea or maybe inside the rock of the deposit

yepo! ill keep looking at it to see what I can do. Im also planning on adding some more locations and hopefully coming up with a clever way for them to be found via sonar.

dang that sucks, well at least it's just one deposit though, the others seem to work perfectly fine.

unfortunately they dont get picked up by sonar because they are statics spawns. no static structures get picked up on sonar. if you develope some sort of seabed scanner that may work. I have checked all of the spawns and they are all set to static. It must be a gameside bug.

yes its still floating like a ship, why dont they get picked up by the sonar?

The one a little below Olsen bay at the top right is still floating.

should be fixed now, turns out that one was spawning as a vehicle instead of a static!

its the one on the top right, near olsen bay, found that deposit floating when i brought there the pump, first time i visited, i havent checked the others

@koger, Unfortunately I am unable to add more refineries, that could be something you may want to submit on the official issue/feature request page.

Current note for all subscribers, there is currently a bug in the game so the fluid is currently spawning as diesel. This is still WIP and will be worked on continously. Please let me know of any issues you find!
