Starbound doesn't have catch rates. They have a degree of health that they can be caught at. This one can be caught when under 10% hp, while vanilla can be caught when under 50% hp.

Is there an alternate means of catching them? Or is it just they have a REALLY low catch rate? I've been throwing pods at this thing for a while and I still haven't caught it.
