Hello @Dr.Fuze you can use the handles on the front to hoist yourself up. I'll rework this soon as well to make it a bit more accessible anyways.

How to get on it to drive it?

@Vector_DanI059 Just disable the parking brake and use W/S to drive, there's no manual gearbox. It's automatic!

@SomeStaples Please make sure to hit 3 to set the range, the gun will elevate to calculate the trajectory.

@damagedfoox This has an automatic gearbox, just make sure to disengage the parking brake.

@efim 82104 Make sure to press 3 to set your range! Then you can move the gun as you wish or set a new range.

@bad_elf You need to have your "big" slot empty. Look at any of the ammo racks and hit Q or E and you'll pick a shell. You then insert into the breech and press the button :)
