@Kelvae The changed rend does not show up at all. Where it would be on the tree is blank. Tested with caster gauntlets and Shard gauntlets and no rend shows up. Had to physically give them rend to get it to work. So not sure what's happening.

Also, just to be clear, it should look identical to Rend in game.

@BumbleBear I'm not sure I understand your question, is KVRend not appearing when you learn one of these specializations? Because the reason it's using that, rather than regular rend, is you can not generate mana when using normal rend, because it has some effect related to the Templar Ghost ability.

Also, yes, you need one of the mana abilities to use anything with mana, that's why each offensive specialization is linked to one of the mana ones.

The "KVRend" Doesn't show up anywhere, even on characters with mana on them. Just gonna switch it back to Rend in the meantime.

Do I specifically need a mana ability to use these? Im having squaddies generate with the classes, but when I put them on someone all they can do is meditate.

@igor140 pretty much, but you most likely need to associate it with a weapon slot, so either change it to
+AbilitySlots=(AbilityType=(AbilityName="Bladestorm", ApplyToWeaponSlot=eInvSlot_PrimaryWeapon))
or
+AbilitySlots=(AbilityType=(AbilityName="Bladestorm", ApplyToWeaponSlot=eInvSlot_SecondaryWeapon))
Depending on if your melee weapon is in primary or secondary slot. If dual wielding, just do primary.

I'm wanting to switch out one of the Mana Fonts for Bladestorm. Is that just as easy as replacing the reference line in the .ini?

@dailyminerals Yeah, the display on Void Burst is bugged, it seems to count the damage multiple times. It's the same damage as Void Shock.

The momentum isn't bugged, it should say in there that it only works on dash attacks. It's different from normal momentum.

Couple of bugs:

-Void Burst says it deals 11-17 damage, but when cast it does around 4-7 damage

-The momentum perk that allows you to move after a melee attack only activates if you start with 2 action points. If you spend one action point then use your melee attack, momentum won't activate.

They should all have animations, though there have been some small bugs with that. But not custom ones, they just use existing in game ones like Volt for a lot of them.

Pretty big update, I tried to test the new abilities a fair bit, but they didn't get as much testing as a lot of the other ones, so let me know if anything is buggy. There's now a lot of abilities exclusive to this mod, that was originally going to just be a simple ini edit haha.

Hmm, you know, I kinda thought they just had that automatically. Should be fixed now. I need to fix something else later today too, since I'm pretty sure taking more than one focus/mana ability is bad, but there's so many of them I have to track down all the names.

My regular soldiers dont have access to the Caster Gauntlet.
I have all prequesits installed and the Templar Mage generates, but I do not have the ability to pick the "gauntlet" on anything but Templars.

Community promotion screen is not compatible with rpgo but your templar mage mod requires it. Can we use this without it?
