Lowered AP cost of Necro/Wind mana to 10 since they kinda don't do anything by themselves and are just a tax to use the abilities. Also swapped Rend for my fake Rend clone which I think doesn't matter for RPGO, but fixed a couple errors with the regular Archmage. Removed Archmage spawn chance if using the RPGO mod.

Reworked three specialization lines into four that is split into two pairs, though they can work together a fair bit if you choose. Added several new abilities, had to remove Dark Sword because it wasn't always working correctly.

Added gauntlets to Soldier allowed weapons.
