One problem to this game is it's benefit. Though anyone can make a boat, not everyone should. Too often I try a ship out and I can tell the designer was lazy. You can call me a jerk, but the only way to combat the inherent flaw of incompetent designers making product for us is to call our their bad work. I unsubscribed from this thing after one try.

Sink key does disable the temperature governor but its so slow it sinks before that, so turn infinite fuel on for better results.

Does the sink key burn it down or should I turn on infinite fuel to get it to burn down?
