Yes, it replaces the sit configuration with the default vanilla one for all races.
Starbound doesn't have per-race sit position configuration, sadly :(

It make all the race sitting and change they way for sitting?

I don't think it is, as Starbound has only one per-arm config file for both genders.
Perhaps with some clever scripts it would be, but that's beyond my abilities :(

its possible for the male and female to have separate sitting poses,like male sits with default pose,and neki,+ other females uses neki pose for sitting?
