1) You can slant any block in the game by editing its XML file.

I recommend making a new vehicle, which will contain just the light, edit it as you need, and then slant it, because you can not paint the light after you XML edit it, then you can cut the block with the select tool, and paste it into another vehicle.
Both the doors lock and smart interior light work on a basic microcontroller function (you will have to learn how to build them)
2) There is a function in the door's microcontroller, which when receiving ON input 'checks' if any doors are opened, if so, it closes them and prevents any player from opening them by breaking the circuits for opening doors.
3) That smart interior light is very simple, whenever are any doors forced to open/close - they change their state - AND the car isnt locked, it turns on a counter which will turn on the light for a certain amount of time.
