I had some other ideas as I have your work items in my yet to be built parts of my hospital. Bricks, cement, mixer etc. Some workmen to go with them would be perfect at a low cost (if possible) as they have no value in game. How about a brick layer kneeing on one knee with a brick and a towel in hand. A painter with brush and a painter with a roller and the grounds need some upkeep.
How about a gardener with shears, pushing a mower and one on a ride on mower. Only if you are still after ideas. Thanks again for all your great addons.

Hey Raistlin, Trauma ICU Nurse here. On our unit, we have a security guard stationed outside at like a security booth thing with an "airlock" design for the trauma unit requiring the guard to buzz someone in, then the nurse station. Could you perhaps incorporate a security guard with a dark-themed uniform (predominately black w/ gold accents) and perhaps an optional one that comes with a stand? Thanks :)

Thanks for all the great items. I'd suggest a medical skeleton on a wooden frame, a medical skeleton in a glass cabinet, a shower, a walking frame, crutches and a comode chair (toilet chair).
