And, as Curious mentioned... I find it kind of a pain that settlements are automatically razed with a large enough force of zombies. I went to raze one with my Host, and since he had a sizable escort (in prep for a siege), the village and tent village he entered automatically burnt down. Is there a reason for this?

Hooo boy. I got ambushed by a Voice of El Paladin, who banished my Patient Zero. I wasn't expecting that. It seems, though, that being banished doesn't lose me the big guy, so now I have a giant zombie roaming Hades.

Isn't the normal zombies breaking settlements they wander on sort of defeat the point of turning them into corpse piles if your units break them automatically?

The leaders started to appear Summer Year 2 so it must have been a mod issue.
This is quite a fun mod. I keep swinging between thinking it's very OP with all the free troops from the corpse piles and then thinking it's not enough as another army gets stomped on by a enemy stack :steamhappy:

Ok, trying it again, completely unmodded (I was using a capital defence mod before). Maybe I was the victim of the evil RNG : P
I'm interested in seeing what these leaders do!

Yes I am sure. It is a 3% chance for Zombie Host offers which then lead to offers for your tier 3 commander. If Patient Zero dies before this point you will lose the game.

Are you sure? I'm Late Summer, Year 5 and nothing has come up yet for new leaders. What's the % chance? Does Patient Zero have to die first?

You start off with one but you can get more later on based on %.

I just tested out the new update and I got to say that I absolutely love it! I still haven't checked out the new Ratfolk update yet but I will probably tomorrow.

Awesome! May I suggest something? Can you make it so that the patient zero commander can infect others in battle? I've noticed that the AI for the most part knows how to play as the faction except when the main commander unit (patient zero) rushes towards the enemy bases and gets killed because of it and when that happens the AI loses as them because they lost their only commander. The patient zero mod is really fun and I do hope that you find a workaround from this problem.

Yes I am currently working on the Ratfolk mod. As for this mod it will mostly be bug fixes and balancing over time.

i am playing with mods but if it helps, it has always been as one dies from a ranged attack in a line with others, the first time it crashed i saw them explode into a cloud of gas the second time it just crashed as they died.

im havin an issue where when a plague zombie dies it crashes the game.

Restarting the game seems to help reset things back when reloading. :steamthumbsup:

Amazing mod! Having a blast with it. Very unstable unfortunately, was having some hard crashes after reloading saves. Works perfect on first run though.
Loaded up this morning and all the zombies changed back to different things. Fallen Seraphs and the like. Patient Zero became Senator? Hope this helps to find what happened.
I'm only using AI Defense and Dynamic Elysium as other mods. Thinking its Dynamic that could be clashing with this mod.

Ya I'm changing that for that reason and because the normal Zombie Tanks can't actually swing any weapons they pick up. Thanks for the input! This honestly should be the last update for a good amount of time balance wise.

Interesting mod but the boulder throw on tanks has way too much range and damage. Other than that I'd consider the mod fairly balanced though since the corpse piles are easily destroyed and only humans and hoburgers can be turned until later. If the tanks were toned down a bit the mod would be good

I understand and thanks! Ya was mostly working on bug fixes and getting some mechanics to work right before doing fluf work. BUT I think I have dealt with them will be updating info now!

hello, just a suggestion, add more info in the description about the mod because it leaves too many questions unanswered and probably not just me, makes wonder what actually this class is about, i know i could find out by playing, but i hope you understand what i mean xD

I would if I could but sadly wanderer trait only works for commander types and not troops. I thought the same thing. I am thinking of adding in a cheap "commander" who can pick up small groups like how EL works which can help with some of the clogging issues.

I think you need to add the wanderer trait as well as the stupid trait.
If I'm wrong feel free to to ignore this.
