With repentance plus this trinket is kinda obsolete now since portals always spawn after Mega Satan, Lamb and Blue Baby (tho it's not 100% after Mom or It Lives, but you have no reason to go to void that early with guaranteed portal after you clear Chest or Dark Room so you can stock up on items.) removing Portals (Enemy) and Lil Portals is neat but very niche

a revamp of this item in light of the above could be cool but I doubt we'll see it

Hey, just letting you know that the creator of the Runs Continue Past Mother mod managed to solve the "delirium turns into mother" issue by lifting a piece of code from TBoI: Revelations, preventing Delirium from trying to turn into Mother. You might want to replicate their solution too!

...Actually, wait, just got an EVEN BETTER idea:
What if this Potato has a chance to trigger a random Card Reading portal every floor, though perhaps it won't ALWAYS happen...?

Also Bloody Crown is incredibly useful on a Witness run, just so you know.

It's not just for the main Womb floors.

...Honestly, I think a more interesting idea would be to theme it around Delirium or Glitches or something, while moving the Portal 2 reference to a different item, perhaps one that makes it so you fire Ocular Rift shots every once in a while?

Hey, thanks for the award! Trinket appearance is reference to game Portal 2, where portals is your main "weapon", so I was thinking it would fit. Thanks for suggestion about doing something inside The Void, I'm not sure if I will be able to determine which door is right, but I'll definitelly think about some kind of secondary effect inside that stage.

FUCKING FINALLY SOMEONE DID IT. I gotta say i love the concept but it would be even better if it would be isaac themed instead. Any chance you could make a variant of the same item with a different skin? (like a little portal or something). Also, considering that the trinket becomes useless after getting to the void, would it be possible to add a secondary effect that when you are on the void level it show which one is the delirium room?
