Would it be possible to add epitaph functionality to the urns from Alpha Memes?

@telardo I noticed that 'epitaph_colonyanimal' doesn't seem to be generated on any animal grave at all, be it tamed or not.

@0river0blood0 It's already 1.4. But I am thinking about rewriting part of it so this update has not been pushed yet.

Any plans on making this 1.4?

When using epitaph with my modlist, the game completely breaks on launch. It's most likely incompatible with either mass graves or bury on the spot.

@telardo I've subscribed/updated Epitaph. Now, the latest update loads successfully with Forsakens. Thank you again!

@Kwabawk Thanks for the trace, unfortunately I still can't reproduce the loading error, my game loads fine with these mods. I've added further checks in my code according to your log, you can try resubscribe these two mods to see if it's fixed.

Greetings. I have detected that the game fails to load if Epitaph is loaded alongside Kikohi's Forsakens race mod. I usually play with hundreds of mods, but I narrowed it down to a basic load order with the core and DLC, Harmony and HugsLib, BetterLoading (to gauge where it stops exactly) Humanoid Alien Races and Vanilla Expanded Framework (these two being directly required by Forsakens), and the mods at issue (Epitaph and Forsakens). I tried several other alien-race mods (e.g. Thrumkin, Mantodeans, Androids) by themselves along with Epitaph; the game loads fine. As far as I can see, the load issue concerns Forsakens. There may be others I have yet to test, but Forsakens is the only one I noticed so far.

This mod is causing a bug with my startup. The game will not load to the main menu.

Upon launching the game, it will load up, and somewhere along the way during the loading process, something will go wrong, and the main title screen will not show up. I was not suffering from this issue before the update today.

Perhaps it's in the Core Mod of that series?

@TurtleShroom can't find anything related, but I add a patch for all kinds of graves at runtime, you can see whether it apply to that mod

The Morrowind Mod adds Mummies too. Do you think you could extend that to those?

Edo Themed Expansion adds a nice grave which I use if it's not too difficult to add compatibility.

Amazing mod - thank you! Could you consider making it so that bonded animal names show up in their epitaph instead of just being 'unknown'?

Is there also a way to display cause of death?

@Kopp I don't think it should work for "mass grave". We need some info from the buried pawn to generate inscriptions, while multiple pawns in the same grave will be messy.

@chaplain the epitaph should only be showed in the tab, not on the map. You're using signs and comments mod to do so, I can not do anything about that, maybe you can ask the author of that mod
