I just fixed it
what I did was I mixed up the files for the mod and ended up using old buggy code that I deleted

florman (human floran combination, which hylotl lore wise sounds like something the hylotl wont do but hey why not)

I fixed the bug
turns out it was a problem with this mod

I don't know why that would happen
I am guessing it is a conflict with another mod
The internal name of humonke is augment so if you have another species in your game with that name that might be why
