It SHOULD be used on PRISONERS. If I knew how to write a Recipe to administer it, I would!

I tried it on one of my runs and it did absolutely nothing. Unsure if it's just a troll mod or if there was some kind of mod conflict.

I decided to find out what this Mod does for myself. The results were nothing I could have ever thought up. I encourage OP to delete anyone that spoils what it does.

I also encourage OP to allow us to administer it to Patients.
