Tested this today on Vortex campaign and it still works! It's also save game compatible!

What's great it's save compactible. I'm playing now as Belegar on 1 and have confederation; penalties turned into bonuses!

Most of them are broken as far as I know including the one used, 1 turn penalties. There is one in Rakarth patch that might work but that one has a compatibility issue with recruit defeated legendary lords. So it would be cool if could but no pressure of course
