What did the recent update change?

@Cpt.Haxray Feel free to not add the Laser pointer and Moonball to your server, the mod still works with whatever combination of joke weapons you have installed.

I included those two because in the various TTT groups I’ve played with, they were incredibly underpowered; however, they were not public TTT servers, so if your experience is different, just install the joke weapons you want.

Im a bit confused why the Moonball and Laserpointer are included in the list of Joke weapons. From past experience the moonball was incredibly overpowered, and the Laser Pointer has plenty of practical uses. The other weapons for the most part fit as being joke useless items, but these 2 really don't.

I haven't had any issues myself lately. My only guesses are something is wrong with your server or your friends setup, or some important mods you use have gone unlisted on the workshop.
Unlisted means a mod can still be downloaded from the workshop and used, but it cannot be found publicly without a direct link. Downloading that mod automatically from the server will no longer work. Also, anyone hitting "Subscribe to all" on any collection will not subscribe you to any unlisted mods in the collection.

You'd either have to re-upload the unlisted mod to the workshop and set it to public and replace the old mod in your collection, or get everyone to look through the collection manually and make sure they are actually subscribed to everything despite pressing "Subscribe to all".

But again, join the discord server and you'll get much better help there.

Hey Stig. I've been running a modded TTT server for a while and lately I've suddenly been having issues with addons and skins that we've used for a while and they're not working properly with me my friends. This pack and its associated addons being one of them. It's also strange that users have to download EVEN MORE stuff after closing gmod and rejoining the server when nothing has changed with the server; when that happens, it seems to ruin stuff. Have you noticed any sudden issues with any servers you run or heard of any issues from the yogs? It seems like it may be an issue with steam?

Not the ones i wanted to use them on sadly :(

does the spray paint can work on playermodels/ragdolls?

one of the guns in this collection specifically crashes a ttt2 server, i think its likely the backwards shotgun

Well, some of these weapons are compatible with sandbox as is, some aren't.
The mods I make are made for TTT.

I've pushed an update that forces all players connecting to a server to download the required mods. If you're seeing error models it's likely you're not subscribed to the required mods:
