Added weapon_ttt_head_message_enabled convar, which disables the Head Message when set to 0

The Writing Pad wasn't too popular, was quite buggy, and because it used a ton of code, I couldn't maintain it properly and fix those bugs...
Well, no longer!


Introducing a complete overhaul of the Writing Pad: the Head Message!

- Messages are now displayed over your head until you die, which are far easier to see than the Writing Pad's small screen.

- The UI has been greatly simplified, and now includes a "Random ASCII meme" button.

- Your arm no longer turns into a twisted monstrosity when dropping the item

- The Head Message works in Sandbox too, not just for TTT!

- There should be far less bugs than before, and everyone should consistently see each other's messages now!

Added convars to disable individual in-built weapons:
ttt_backwards_shotgun_enabled 0
ttt_sahmin_gun_enabled 0
wt_writingpad_enabled 0
ttt_slappers_enabled 0

Third-person hold stance for the Sahmin Gun is now consistent with first-person (held with 2 hands), to match Gmod update
