@ NietzscheIn: Lylbaeum and Syracuse in Para Bellum use the Carthage model as they are walled cities, but I can not select a specific model for them as it is hardcoded and the game applies what it wants... In case of fighting in these locations, you can deactivate this mod to have the small model of Carthage that at least seems a bit more generic without the circular port that is included with the large model like in this mod.
@ Ⓐ Afislav Ⓐ: It is only compatible with vanilla and Para Bellum, but not with other overhauls or mods that change the startpos file. If its you case try the clean mods installations following the link just above.
@ Hank Ulay: Yes it is.
I'm only using mod in this list

"Oops! VirtualAlloc (at place 2) returned NULL!" game crash"
@ Car Germanicus Maximus: That would not work fine because the same city model is used in other settlements. The best option would be to use a specific mod for that like MENOS MOD and activate only when playing WoS.
@ Hunter: No, sorry.
@ raven_gotreks & DakkaDon: I comented that just below...
happend when try to attack athen
I'm using para bellum
Is it possible for you to make a mod with only the city of Chartage?
Also if you like historic overhauls I recommend you my mod Para Bellum, which is compatible with this one:

@ Imperatriχ: I don´t know why it sounds impossible, the game includes different city models and I just used the next tier for each one, it is explained in the description. About the screenshots, it can take me a while to upload them as I am currently away, but you can compare the different city sizes and maps if you play a custom battle in a town or city assault mode, and in the select map option you can see there are different settlement sizes to choose.
Hated attacking major cities and they were always small.
