kinda for removing it, you will get an error or two but shouldn't be anything gamebreaking.
I have found that this mod doesnt play very nice with other mods that add permits or change them.
Okay, so lets say there are permits [1], [2] and [3].
Permit [2] requires Permit [1] and [3] requires [2].
you pick up Permit [1], everything is fine.
you pick up Permit [2], everything is still fine.
you pick up Permit [3], you lose Permit [1].
Do not ask me why this happens, I have no clue and I still don't know enough about the game's code to find out why.
Yes, if there was a Permit [4] that required Permit [3] you would lose Permit [2] when you got it.
However, there is more.
lets say there was a Permit [2.5], and it also required Permit [2], you would only be able to get either it or Permit [3], not both.
That was the intent yes.
Do you have a link to that mod? I can't seen to find it.
