no, with experience, it's quite easy and fast, on a small size. For bigger scale, it's not that much harder, it's just longer and the optimization of this game makes it even longer to build and decreases the will to build it

I'm french, the craft is make for a french boat but I don't think the original design is french.In fact, I'm pretty sure it ain't as they got out during WWII and, at this time, France wasn't able to manufacture anything for the allies.
