@Kat Having the same problem as Spoopy Skeleton - every time it gets to 3rd December 1444, the game crashes. Hope it gets fixed soon because this mod and its submods look interesting.

My game crashes when i click the option to begging the civil war in early game

Only monarchs can play as a Chinese Empire. If you want to stay a Republic, you can't get a Celestial Empire.

So this mods forces you to be a monarchy huh ? Isnt there any way to still be a Republic ?

Sorry for the long time with no update. I've added a new T2 government reform (couldn't keep the default eu4 ones as I'm trying to keep this mod compatible with as many things as possible and this would've made it incompatible with governments expanded) and the civil war once again should hopefully happen less often. The issue with the civil war's frequency, is that if i make it too easy to get, the AI gets it every time, but if i make it too hard to get, the AI never gets it. Hopefully this update will make it happen a bit less often.

I enjoy the mod but the Chinese Civil War seems to happen near constantly, at least with the AI, and all unifications (which are militarily taxing for China itself) end up being for naught.

Does this mod provide a Chinese revolution and its unique mechanism in the later of the game? I think that could be interesting.

There are some dynasties that share the same name but different surnames though. Like The Sima Jin dynasty or the Jurchen Jin dynasty. Ofc, in Chinese, they have different characters but I'm in English, it's gonna be weird if I want to pick a specific one but get the other

I think I'll maybe add it so that when you choose a dynasty name it changes your name to that dynasty name, and then changes your dynasty to the name of the rulers (ex Ming and Zhu)

I really like that idea! I think that'll be one of the things I get done today! I'll add a decision or something and you can pick between historic dynasties

is it possible to change dynasty name? Like if I for example wanted to play as Qin, Sui or Han

Not right now, but we'll look into the possibility of making it an end reform.

thank you, china has been overlooked and ignored by paradox and all china does all game is sit around and get money from tributaries until the playert forces it to fragment and after that they just stay fraggmented. this mod is good
