that's easy, just go into mission creator on the menu (the flag), click the plus sign n the location part, select the island/place your at, click the vehicles tab then workshop and spawn it from there. to play it click test mission

The value of the runtime in the actual files isnt infinite, it will run out but its so long that saying it would create a lot of zeros.

The term "Infinite range" isnt actually correct nuclear rods get exhausted at some point they just last Multiple real life days well its more like 2 weeks of real time if u use them at full capacity like eh 5 days so they last a while but not forever.
