This could totally be a secondary for Heavy/soldier that increases your primary's total ammo at the cost of your secondary weapon slot.

Probably could even have an ability to throw down ammunition for your teammates and could have you drop a full ammo pack when you die.

I feel like this could be the model for an actual weapon similar to sniper's backpack

This feels like it'd go good on Engineer like some kind of banner like enough repairing or damaging and then activate it and it would resupply ammo and metal to nearby team mates

This should be a Weapon, like Sniper's backpack that gives health but should be ammo

imagine a new free to play mistaking this for a real ammo pack or a ammo extension upgrade and try to run into the other player wearing this to try to pick it up

up to Valve, it's set up as a cosmetic for easy addition to the game, but so is the Cozy Camper
