I added that in the thin part before first hangerdoor

Is it though? All you need is a hallway full of gravity generators going down the middle of the ship, and a mod that removes the speed limit, and you've got yourself a Mass Accelerator Cannon

Glad to see you were able to appreciate that! You are correct, she is heavily inspired by Halo but I do not like making recreations, I'm more of a 'build things inspired by' kinda guy.

honestly, this ship is an amazing job. hats off to polishing that half glass in the corridors behind the bridge to a pristine finish to fool my dumb ass into thinking they were crew firing positions XD

im seeing alot of halo influence on this ship. the split bow and the ridging around the front. along with that separated lower deck area. i havent loaded it in, and will update my opinions as i look at it properly, but i like how its not a direct clone of an existing ship. creative liberties in an existing universe can be hard to pull off but you did great on this

It plays an integral role in some areas since it functions as walls, windows and in some places exposed to the outside, greeble. If you don't have the dlc's it will be missing enough to be an issue. Plus it will lose it's airtight environment.

Is the DLC needed?

Depends on if you are carrying anything or not and on what planet you go to. On a full tank set, you can get to high altitude and then back down a couple times as needed. What I generally like to do is set my forward thrust to their own separate group and then increase their override while the reverse thrust is turned off and that lets me get good fuel economy for a limited capacity. They are meant to be mostly used in space but can operate in atmo if needed.

How's the fuel economy on it with hydro only? How many trips up and down the gravity well do you think?

I'm not quite understanding what you are asking. Are you asking if it can be or not? This model isn't designed to be separated and has an airlock at the base of the ladder way to keep pressure if it does fail.

Is the Command Pod PHYSICALLY DISCONNECTED from the hull? Without a dedicated and protected ladder/tunnel?

Thanks for the kind words. It was indeed a UNSC frigate inspired ship. I have another, the CRV-01 that is a precursor to this one in design. I wanted to make a smaller version, something more server friendly and less resource demanding. Thus, the Veras was born.

It's like the INFINITY and Paris-Class had a love child. It's awesome!
