Only the SV constructor requires cobalt. HV version does not. Thanks!

I have no idea how you pulled this off, but this has a mobile constructor and doesn't require cobolt yet a mobile constructor does... This thing is so cool. Nice work.

BP updated today. I replaced all steel blocks with carbon composite. This reduced the overall steel cost, making it a quicker acquisition in the very early game. Since the base is immune to drone base attacks, the extra protection provided by the steel was not necessary.
