Hover Shack RE - Starter Base

This is a great, and inexpensive, HV starter base that can be used in the very early game. Staying under 5k total CPU, it requires no CPU extenders. It can be built using Iron, Silicon, Copper, and Carbon Substrate! The wonderful thing about this base is that it will not trigger a base attack when spawned, like a base or CV will in version 1.5.

This base includes the following:
- 32k Storage Controller
- Clone Chamber
- Fridge
- 2 Minigun Turrets
- Detector (and cockpit to use the detector)
- Armor Locker
- O2 Station
- Ammo Controller (1250)

For upgrades, there is already a slot marked for the trauma station. Any extenders or additional generators can be put at the end of the hallway, where the floor is painted a different texture.

The Hover Shack is also already lifted off the ground, in case you want to add thrusters & hover engines. However, having this as a stationary shack works really well & save CPU need.
