I tried opening it myself to confirm your theory and.......... Same thing here. Can't rip assets from the level myself either.

There are two hub worlds rather that I cannot extract texture and model assets from myself. They are Mission Control (GEXCAVE6) and Funky Town (GEXCAVE8).

I tried doing the same on some of the prototypes of the game, and ran into the same issue.

Has it been updated recently? Last time I used it I was unable to get the models from the Army Channel and one of the hub worlds (forgot which)

You did use ModelEx from the same author as of Soul Spiral? That utility has just been updated to 6.0 and has been released on GitHub, with which objects from the levels in the game can be exported and converted as it now supports Gex: Deep Cover Gecko. No support for Gex: Enter the Gecko yet.

Oh my God, thank you like a million times for including Rez

The only other model of Rez I've been able to locate was a freakin Mario Kart mod for Funky Kong

Unfortunately not, the tools I used to rip from Gex 3 only work for Gex 3, and even then some things were misisng.

I'm not trying to request it but did you ever find a way to rip/port from Gex 2: Enter The Gecko? I've been trying myself and cannot find a way.
