A pack I wanted to do nearly 10 years ago, but the tools at the time were not useful for me, and i recently
came across a tool that allowed me to rip most models! Unfortunately I couldn't get anything from the
Army channel nor one of the hubs, this was also from the Playstation version, so all N64-exclusive content could not be ported over.

I tried opening it myself to confirm your theory and.......... Same thing here. Can't rip assets from the level myself either.

There are two hub worlds rather that I cannot extract texture and model assets from myself. They are Mission Control (GEXCAVE6) and Funky Town (GEXCAVE8).

I tried doing the same on some of the prototypes of the game, and ran into the same issue.
