Actually this is not an issue with the map but with game mechanics. Hostages and VIPs sometimes get stuck when having them follow you and running, their pathfinding seems not to be as good as it could be and they simply lose you when you get too far from them. The current solution is to avoid sprinting while leading them and going into tight spaces.
the civilians are quite annoying and always block my shooting line , especially in the mainhall .
And to be honest , we ought to bring SMOKE , SMOKE and god damn more SMOKE!
to the aurther : there is a bug when a extract five hostage in the opera stage , when i running with these men , one hostage may probabaly got stuck in the audience chair
Thanks for your feedback. I've just done some changes mainly to make it easier to deal with civilians. They shouldn't be as frustrating as they were. You can read all of them in change notes if you wish.

Nah, definitely possible.
I did complete it several times including all challenges I've set for this. I just set the objective to hostage rescue so now there's no need to engage all enemies (it was my mistake actually, didn't test it since Workshop update was live. Anyway it wasn't that hard at all). This map requires some more thinking than just classical "flash and push" run. If you encounter too many insurgents at the same time, consider using smoke grenades to decrease the threat area. If you make too much noise, then consider using stealth weapons. And if you don't have enough firepower at all, perhaps change your weaponry and attachments, try to stack your people together and find the easiest and effortless way to the hostages.
Glad to hear that! I did some tweaks here and there since people were complaining about executioners being unpredictable and ruining the whole run, also fixed some stuff which became weird due to updates like explosive gas tanks etc
