Yes, Tatra is a Czech Republic company.
Germany did use a few Tatra engines in their designs.

The steering was meant to simulate the absence of power steering due to it being 1944.

The steering is not very controllable and 118liters is very low fuel capacity in sw for such size. Nonetheless, it looks good.

Start the engine, press the clutch in and select a gear, release the clutch and use the throttle.
