I manually downloaded the Mod using the Steam Workshop Downloaderio website. The twelve megabyte file is a XML file in the DEFS folder. It is so big that my computer is struggling to process it. When it's done, I will report my findings here.

I think its a test mod, The username and mod name but thats my guess
