what is happening every time, shortly after takeoff the mid section of the aircraft becomes heavily damaged and so does the landing gear, like the gray stormworks damage marks make up 1/3 of the aircraft adn i dont why it keeps happening

Go to the Main Menu and go find the "Mission editor" right down the "Environment missions", Go find the "Mission Locations" and to the right of it, press it then select the "Add Unique Location" scroll down until you find an airport location then press it, then press "Edit locations" then press the steering wheel/vehicle wheel or "Add vehicle" down in the tool bar, find the 787-8, click it and click anywhere on the map then after that press "Playlist Overview" and down in the "Mission Editor" right down the "Environment missions" and then press the "test location"

Hmmm ill check it out as soon as i go home from the airbase!

Whenever I try and taxi at the right speed limit it just turns off to the right even when the plane isn't started up yet

You need to spawn it via mission editor!

First gen planes will not get the failures update like the A321/A318 because its gonna be a mess to wire it up!
If you want some failures i would suggest trying out the A321-CEO/A318-100

This thing is super fun! But can you make a system to cause engine fires? C4 just shuts them off.

I just have a rotating pivot connected to the fan so it spinning according to the "Original" engine

Yes it has collisions but it’s no longer working as a regular intake
You have to rotate it manually

Ya, that would be it, thanks so much! I did have a quick question though. Does the XML jet intake act as a regular intake or does it not have any collision. If it doesn't how do you do it on your 787?

I am currently building a plane of my own, and don't plan to upload it to the workshop. It is a similar size to your 777 (while still fitting in an unmodded workbench) and I was wondering if it would be possible to make the custom jet engine intake a separate vehicle for larger engines? Not the whole engine, just the intake and if I were to ever upload the vehicle, credit you for the modded intake? Love the plane!

About the throttle problem ill see the sensitivity on other planes too and yes it will get an update!

Hello! First of all thanks for the great creations. Really having fun testing them all out. Only thing that is kinda messed up for me is that the throttle lever sensitivity is absurdly high, making small adjustments very difficult. Could you maybe update the vehicles and set the throttle sensitivity lower? There is an extra settings for that when clicking onto the throttle levers with the selection tool. Keep doing what your doing! :]
