i didn't see any permission even asked to reupload, but that may be somewhere else unavailable to me, anyways, why do you think you can just take peoples creations and upload 'better' versions yourself?

Now i'm seeing some dumb-ass ♥♥♥♥ here. First of all, it's a reupload, which goes directly against the TOS. Second, what on God's green Earth made you think this was alright? It was made by DeapLean Force, who (from what i can tell anyway) did not give you permission to post this. You then made some minor adjustments and were like 'uh yeah sure this will do'. It's like taking someone's painting, adding a little paint here and there and then proceding to sell it as your own. It's just not allowed. And if that wasn't enough, you want this guy to THANK you for your work!? Mate, far off into the distance is where you can ♥♥♥♥ off with your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
