probably to scare little kids tryna enjoy garry's mod.
story was pretty shitty though, a fugin' 10 year old would get their ass launched acrossed the room before they could even get a chance to swing the heavy ass kitchen knife they found.

These aren't screams or words because these pain sounds are probably made from Recker, the character you play as in the bf4 campaign.
