Alright, so I don't know who you are or how in the hell you found yourself here, but since you are here, I will put a quick Q/A here.

Q: Who are you?
A: That is a good question, and I will get back to you on that once I know myself.

Q: Can I offer a trade for your items?
A: Yes, but only if the item you trade me is marketable and a price comparable for the item. Also FYI, some items I own are not for sale (my rare TF2 items and my earthshaker/templar assassin immortals), as they are kinda personal for me.

Q: You were pretty cool to me. Can I be your friend?
A: Sure, but I am absolutely terrible at initiation, so I will probably one of those 500 friends that you have but don't know how you got.

Q: Why do you not talk?
A: A lack of coordination, being new at every game since I move around a lot, and crippling social anxiety that affects me even when I won't ever see you again or even know you. But I will absolutely do my best to communicate with in-game tools and/or text chat.
