希望能单独做出来，现在1.7.1测试，开了part 1 地图就错了。

此外，那个黄汉互招的mod，我发现那个吸引英雄的差事出了问题，一来跳事件的频率降低了，二来即使跳了事件，无论是地俭，人慈，还是天让选项，都没有任何效果，没有任何新人加入？

我看了一下其他mod，都没有修改人物相关的了。我也没用大型mod。

good mod but sadly the Skilled General event often spawns Han General or a General that cannot wear armor

Out of context question but do you know if its possible to include both Chancellor and Heir in faction council? There was a mod that enabled Chancellor to be in Faction Council but the author deleted the mod for some reason

"All Faction Playable" is not fully compatible with TROM, but you can still use this one
just put this one and All Faction Playable at lower mod loading order than TROM

both of them need to modify the script of Council system, and I dont want to make them incompatible with each other, therefore this is the easiest way to make it.
