Why is it when I spawn them they move by themselves

@Middleseat makes a good point. I also recommend you expand this project, if not already done so, such as adding a pumper/tanker unit, rescue, or special vehicles. There aren't many good fire & rescue ground vehicles out there, so you could really corner the market provided you continue.
