@unterschwanz, Enable the mod, click a state that's yours (you control + a core, and not the current capital) and a popup will appear on the top left side of the screen, simply click the flag button while having the required amount of political power.

It seems to work with a good amount of mods, OWB, R56 & R56RP, and MB, so yeah, I guess some mods have trouble for some reason, the error that I get is "font with no name" but yeah, only major mod it didn't work with so far is Kaizerreich, so yeah.

@Idiot With A Gun, after checking, for some reason, some mods think that the background used is somehow "missing" dispute me trying the old one, which is the same as the coring button, and that mod works just fine. I don't know what's really up with HOI4, maybe I made a mistake somewhere but idk.
