Move Your Capital - Updated

A simple mod that allows you to move your capital to a CORE state, this is useful to delay an enemy from winning, although losing your original is still really costly, like they say, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Due to the 1.11 update, you can only set a state not a province to become your capital. This means you can't pick which city in a state becomes you capital. I might be able to find a workaround at some point.

• You Can Move Your Capital.

• Change the amount of victory points of the new and old capital.

• No Known Bugs!

The mod should work with most mods, but do report any incompatibilities.
