Modeling work looks good, but this hat just looks out of place. Might make a good Halloween cosmetic though.

Its actually a 2d plane that Ive duplicated a bunch of times on top of each other to create the effect

@Spy Crabcake, I used animated texture on a flat plane of which i just duplicated a bunch of times
